Introducing the Bandit, our newest knife from Jagged Mountain Knives and our first-ever stainless steel blade. Designed in collaboration with Austin Craver, the Bandit is a lightweight, American-made bird and trout knife built for life on the water.
Whether you're cleaning trout on a riverbank, fishing in saltwater, duck hunting in the marsh, or processing small game in the field, the Bandit is designed to be the knife you always have on you.
Built for the Elements
The Bandit is crafted from 14C28N stainless steel, known for its excellent corrosion resistance, edge retention, and toughness. Unlike traditional high-carbon steel, 14C28N offers increased resistance to rust and corrosion, making it an excellent choice for fishing, waterfowl hunting, and other wet environments.
At just 3/32" thick, the blade is thin, lightweight, and precise. Its compact 3-inch blade makes it ideal for detailed work, from cleaning fish to dressing birds and small game.

The Bandit features a skeletonized full tang and a paracord-wrapped handle in our Space Blue colorway. The skeletonized construction reduces unnecessary weight while maintaining strength, and the paracord provides a comfortable, practical grip without adding bulk.
Paired with a custom-fitted Kydex sheath, the Bandit is easy to carry, quick to access, and ready for whatever the outdoors throws your way.
